Ronda Ibex

The fourth, and least common type of Ibex is the Ronda Ibex. It is found in a very specific area of southern Spain, in the mountains of Ronda, being a more wooded and less mountainous habitat than its north relatives.

With its characteristic antlers in the shape of a backward “V”, the Ronda Ibex is the smallest of its species. Its presence is so special that hunting it becomes the perfect finishing touch to complete the Ibex trophy collection.

The hunting season runs from October to April, being late October and early November the rutting season, being this period the most suitable for hunting this elusive animal.
